Bonjela Adult Gel relieves pain and discomfort caused by common mouth ulcers and cold sores. It also helps heal sore spots and ulcers caused by dentures or braces.

It contains choline salicylate, which relieves pain and inflammation, and cetalkonium chloride, an antiseptic that helps kill bacteria and prevent infection.

Bonjela Adult Gel is suitable for adults and children aged 16 years and over. It must not be given to anyone under 16.

Using a clean finger, massage approximately 1cm of gel directly onto the sore area inside the mouth or on the gums.

The application may be repeated after three hours if necessary. Do not use more than the label or patient leaflet recommends.

Yes. Apply approximately 1cm of gel to the sore area and wait at least 30 minutes before putting the dentures back in. Do not apply the gel directly to dentures.

Yes. Bonjela Adult Gel is sugar-free and contains sodium saccharin as a sweetening ingredient.

Do not use it if you have a stomach ulcer or are allergic to aspirin, salicylates, NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, or any of its ingredients. Ask a pharmacist if you take blood thinners or other salicylate-containing medicines.

Consult your doctor or dentist if your symptoms have not improved after seven days or if they become worse.
